Effective Response

Security alarms, safety alarms, personal alarms - in fact any system that is automatically or personally activated to provide knowledge of attack, disability or distress is only effective if it is constantly monitored and able to respond with swift and positive action.  However if badly installed or seldom maintained they can be bedevilled by false alarms which undermine their effectiveness.

Onwatch provides the all round solution for the very best results with our in-house monitoring and maintenance services.  Minimising the fault levels is vital but is only a fraction of the solution.  Verifying the genuineness of alarm calls is a most essential element of preserving the credibility of any system but, at the same time, cannot get in the way of prompt and decisive action. 

No False Alarms
Onwatch verifies static alarm activations with linked CCTV cameras situated both inside and outside of the premises it protects.  Visually verified alarms receive a higher level of response than non verified alarms – in fact no false alarms is an essential key performance indicator of the Onwatch service.

Personal Protection
Our personal alarms have two way audio and are tracked by ground positioning satellite tracking devises and displayed on local area maps and Google Earth satellite photography.  The degree of help that can be given can be variable without it becoming a criminal offence for improper use of the Nation’s emergency call service.  The level of support and response is agreed with the subscriber in advance and can be measured in any subsequent use.

Maintenance And Aftercare Support
Our service engineers are equipped with hand-held service planners and are in constant touch with our alarm receiving centre and technical support and management team.

Key Performance Indicators
The service level for maintenance programmes is agreed and strictly applied in accordance with key performance indicators and may be viewed via the customer portal on our website.  Access to this facility is controlled by unique to site pin number and enables information about site and personnel to be updated when changes occur and work done and outstanding can be monitored.

On-One™ Integrator
With the wide range of equipment available and with many individual systems in operational use in the workplace Onwatch has used its integration skills and can bring all of these services into one server called the On-One system.  By bundling all of the reporting equipment into one alarm output system Onwatch can make considerable reductions in the overall cost of supporting Intruder Alarms, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Fire & Flood Alarm, Automatic Number Plate Recognition Systems and Critical Equipment Monitoring systems without investment in new individual system transmitter equipment.

Referral Award Programme Rules.

This programme is an offer to the customers of Onwatch Plc to nominate, with the nominee’s approval, a responsible person in a similar trading position in a non connected company or organisation with authority to award contracts to Onwatch Plc for the services that they provide.


The award applies equally to the nominee and the nominator company and should be considered as a trade discount scheme.


Payment will be made when irrevocable agreements have been entered into with the nominee’s company for the Onwatch service to be provided.
